Toronto trading course
Academy of Financial Markets is a private, one-on-one Toronto Forex trading course taught by Michael Harding. Instead of a packed webinar or a recycled video library, you get 16 focused hours of live, screen-to-screen mentorship — in person on Bay Street in downtown Toronto, or over Zoom from anywhere in Canada.
You’ll learn to trade both Forex and stocks the way professionals actually do it: capital preservation and risk first, then market structure, clean-chart entries, trade management and the psychology that makes results repeatable. Explore the full program, see how it works, or start free in the online trading academy.
Founder & Lead Trading Mentor
Michael Harding
About your mentor
Michael Harding has traded Forex, indices and commodities since 2008. His approach was shaped through live-market experience — the wins, the mistakes, the changing conditions and the uncomfortable drawdowns that teach a trader why planning, timing and risk control matter far more than hype.
He has personally taught 6,500+ students, with a high success rate even from the 16-hour intensive alone — and every student keeps ongoing support after the program. Beyond mentoring, Michael founded Miami Trading Academy and Academy of Financial Markets, and owns WePassChallenges, a prop-firm challenge education and services company.
Trading-industry ventures
Experience and business ownership establish background, not a promise of profitability. Trading involves substantial risk, and mentorship outcomes depend on the student’s effort, discipline and market conditions.
The curriculum
Every engagement is private, so the plan bends to your level and goals. This is the spine we work through — on live markets, on your platform.
Capital preservation, position sizing, and the math of drawdown before a single trade.
Reading trend, ranges, and liquidity across Forex pairs and equities.
Clean-chart decision making: structure, confirmation, and precise entries.
Stops, targets, scaling, and protecting winners under real conditions.
The pre-market ritual and mindset that make results repeatable.
A written, personal trading plan you leave with — and can actually follow.

Sessions run in person in downtown Toronto at 357 Bay Street, in the heart of the financial district — or live over Zoom if you prefer to learn from home anywhere in Canada.
Both. The Toronto trading course covers Forex pairs and equities using the same framework — risk, market structure, price action and psychology — so you can apply it to whichever market you trade.
No. The mentorship is private and one-on-one, so the plan is built around your level — whether you are brand new to trading or refining an existing approach.
It is a 16-hour private program. Tuition is $1,560 CAD (or $1,450 paid in full), and a $300 deposit locks your date.
Yes. Every session can be delivered live over Zoom, screen-to-screen, so students across Canada and beyond learn the same way as those who attend on Bay Street.
Every hour is taught personally by Michael Harding — there are no pre-recorded videos and no assistants. You work directly with your mentor on live markets.
